One of the things I always encouraged my clients to do was to take the time to eat breakfast on wedding day. It is so important to get your fuel up. Wedding day can cause anxiety, nervousness, headaches, dizziness and over all lack of focus. Taking the time to get something nutritious in your body is essential to kick off your most glorious day. So what do you do when you don't feel like cooking and you don't have the mind to sit and eat a full meal? Why make a smoothie of course! I was browsing some of my favorite blogs and I came across this cute post on smoothies on 79 Ideas. I especially love the way these are packaged. Place them in a galvanized bucket filled with ice and you and your maids can have an ice cold, delicious and nutritious start to your big day!
